Delete your Lex account

Request deletion without reinstalling the Lex app. We verify ownership by sending a six-digit code to the email on your account.

Before you continue

  • Access ends immediately after final confirmation, and the request cannot be cancelled.
  • New transfers, deposits, ramps, recipients, and Vault actions are disabled.
  • Pending financial activity must settle before cleanup completes, which may take up to 30 days.
  • Cleanup removes Lex’s stored portfolio valuations, holdings history, cash-flow history and related synchronization records.
  • Public blockchain records cannot be changed or deleted.
  • Lex may retain required transaction and compliance evidence; providers retain their own records under their notices and legal obligations.
  • A limited encrypted wallet-recovery locator is preserved by default. Save your wallet and recovery information before deleting; recovery is not guaranteed.
